I’m two weeks into the Better Man Challenge #2. So far, four workouts complete.
The first day was a bit rough as I had not had any real exercise in a long time, but I am starting to see improvement already. Besides getting into better shape, I’m starting to sleep better and have a little bit more energy/endurance during the day.
I’m a little bit worried about the rest of the month, as I am starting to develop a cold. Hopefully I’ll get better before the next scheduled workout.
