I think an important part of being a man, especially a family man, is to be healthy. Not so much to look good, but to live a long time. You’ve got to do everything you can to be there for your family.

Challenge #2

  • Workout for 1 hour, 2 days a week, for 4 weeks.
  • Start slowly to develop a routine and practice good habits.
