A Lazy, But Spicy Evening

August 29, 2013 by Long Pham

Well, well, well. We meet again.

On a casual, lazy evening, my wife and I could not decide on what to eat. We were too lazy to make food and not motivated enough to go very far. Off to one of our favorite Thai joints.

We usually order too much food. Leftovers are always welcome with me, but we’ve been watching our pockets and our bellies. So, we only order two dishes. After getting over the initial shock of not filling our dining table with plates of food, I figure the only cure is to devour everything before we leave. Mission accomplished.

I must get back on a weekend when they have the guy who does the live music. Highly recommended for dine in or take out.

Supatra’s Thai Bistro – Yorba Linda

Pad Kee Mao with Chicken. If you want something a bit spicy and a noodle dish without much sauce, this will do the trick.

Spicy Catfish. Fillets in a curry sauce that goes very well with rice.
